This easy-to-use tool allows real-time access to critical call data which can be used to instantly assess the success of a media campaign or individual TV/Radio slot, for analysis of our performance in terms of pick up times & call durations, and as it also provides the recording of each call taken it’s ideal for quality assurance monitoring or problem-call resolution. It’s all now simply a click of a mouse away to both ICS & Answer-4U clients.

Call Log: The shot above depicts the current day’s activity at our centres, and if some calls are delivered to our clients directly it shows these also, and gives access to the following information for every call:
• Date & time received
• Callers number (DDI) & the number they dialed
• Completed call duration
• Recording of the call
