Real-time access to call data

Our clients can track call volumes and call outcomes by the hour, by the day, by the week, or by the month, enabling them to monitor the success of direct response advertising, identify peak areas for callout requests, or identify regions where there is particular demand for their services.

Options available for reviewing call data

eMonitor can display the number of calls to or from an individual region, to or from an individual number, and break down calls by outcomes, by choices from menus or IVR, or call duration. For accountancy purposes, call data records including exchange transfers are itemised down to a fraction of a second.
